Insight Global is assisting in a client in identifying a certified Epic PB Analyst with a strong understanding of designing, building, and maintaining of the PB modules for a remote permanent hire opportunity. This advanced position requires a professional who can independently manage day-to-day application operations for assigned departments, escalating highly complex issues as needed. The ideal candidate will understand the needs of the business, serve our client base effectively, and deliver exceptional results without waiting for leaders to give them permission to act. Key Responsibilities:
Application Management: Independently manage application operations, optimizing functionality through development, testing, and implementation of scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades.
Incident Resolution: Provide expertise in application responsibility, working closely with subject matter experts to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and perform builds that support project requirements.
Documentation & Testing: Ensure application changes follow change management procedures and protocols, create, and maintain required documentation, and develop, plan, and execute testing for supported applications.
Communication: Communicate all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all affected departments.
Project Development: Support new project development including system analysis, planning, and preparation. Participate in new implementation/installation project teams.
Technical Support: Assist other Applications staff and vendors with technical and process issues. Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
Software Testing: Test and verify software releases, upgrades, and changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to ensure proper system configuration. Document and maintain all required system design and build documents.
End-User Support: Support end users within the facility and offsite locations. Contribute to preparation of testing scripts and perform unit, system, and integrated testing tasks.
System Changes: Log, track, analyze, and coordinate system changes including any software code implementations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in all key stakeholder working sessions to problem solve and gather new initiative requirements, fostering rapport and excellent communication.
Workflow Documentation: Establish detailed knowledge and documentation of related end-user workflows.
