Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Analyst to support software operations within a business support and analytics team focused on sales compensation and incentive programs. This role will serve as a temporary Anaplan administrator, responsible for the execution, administration, and ongoing support of sales incentive compensation plans, including quarterly commission payouts. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands‑on Anaplan experience and can operate independently in a heads‑down, execution‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day administrator for Anaplan, supporting planning, execution, and administration of sales incentive compensation and quota‑based financial plans.
Execute and administer existing Anaplan workflows used for incentive compensation management, including commission calculations and quarterly payouts.
Support ongoing operation and maintenance of Anaplan models without building new models from scratch.
Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, calculations, and workflow execution within existing Anaplan environments.
Ensure timely, accurate processing of compensation plans in alignment with established business rules and governance standards.
Partner internally with software operations and analytics teams to support planning cycles and system execution.
Maintain documentation and follow established operational processes to ensure continuity and reliability of compensation administration.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of professional experience in analytics, financial systems, or software operations roles.
Deep hands‑on experience administering Anaplan in a production environment.
Prior experience supporting sales incentive compensation, quota‑based planning, or commission administration within Anaplan.
Anaplan Certified Model Builder (required).
Strong understanding of Anaplan workflows, calculations, and administration best practices.
Ability to work independently in a heads‑down role with minimal stakeholder interaction.
Proven ability to step into an existing environment and maintain execution without disruption.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting sales compensation teams or revenue operations organizations.
Familiarity with troubleshooting complex Anaplan logic or performance issues.
Experience working in staff‑augmentation or contract roles supporting critical systems.
