Job Description
Insight Global is seeking multiple AP Specialists for a top client in the services/operations space. These individuals will support the full lifecycle of incoming utility invoices during a major operational transition. Handling a high volume of documents, they will ensure each invoice is accurately coded and delivered to the payments team, while also communicating with vendors and internal groups. This role is fully onsite and highly team‑oriented with a comprehensive training period ahead of a large‑scale merger. Ideal candidates are detail‑driven, strong communicators, and thrive in structured, high‑volume workflows.
• Receive and manage 2M+ annual utility invoices (gas, water, electric, trash etc.)
• Process invoices arriving via e‑delivery, 3rd‑party systems, or physical mail
• Accurately code each invoice to the correct internal group
• Route coded invoices to payments teams for processing
• Communicate with utility vendors when issues or clarifications arise
• Participate in a collaborative onsite team responsible for workload distribution
• Support operational transition as accounts shift during the merger

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience handling utility invoices
• Previous AP or invoice coding experience
• Exposure to e‑delivery or 3rd‑party invoice management systems
• Familiarity with high‑volume data/document processing
