Job Description

As a User Experience Designer II, youll join a collaborative product team to lead the creation of effective, user-centered digital solutions using Figma. Youll work across multiple internal applications, contributing to user research, wireframing, prototyping,andusability testinghelping to shape intuitive user interfaces that align with business needsandbrand standards. They will be working cross functionally across various IT teams. They will pull insights from Jira and confluence to create personas and story boards.

Required Skills & Experience

35+ years of UX design experience with portfolio samples
Strong background in Human-Centered Design principles
Proven experience with Figma (or similar tools)
Solid communication and stakeholder presentation skills
Comfortable working independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Agile environments
Experience in highly regulated or utility industries
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
