As a Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with business partners, TPOs, and other stakeholders to manage and track project progress throughout each PI planning cycle. Your role involves scheduling initial meetings to gather project requirements, prioritizing tasks, and integrating them into the project pipeline. You will ensure the execution and delivery of work items are meticulously tracked using Jira for project management and Excel for reporting. New projects are assigned every Thursday based on team capacity, ensuring a balanced and manageable workload. This position demands clear communication and transparency with all stakeholders, balancing Agile methodologies with Waterfall fundamentals to achieve timely and efficient project delivery.
