Insight Global is looking to bring on a Surgical Scrub Tech to their client's team in the St. Louis area! Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director, the Scrub Tech scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities. Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, can multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies, and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team. This person will be working weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Based on experience, this candidate can make between 25/hr - 30/hr.
