RPA Developer (St. Louis)

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation development, particularly with UI Path and PowerShell scripting. This role will involve end-to-end development, from process analysis to implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.

Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of RPA development experience, with a focus on UI Path
-Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting
-Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions
-Ability to analyze and understand existing code
-Solid understanding of automation best practices and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
-Blue Prism Developer Certification
-Experience integrating RPA solutions with other platforms or APIs
-Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
-Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems integration.

*This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near St Louis, MO*

Pay Rate between $50-55/hr
**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
