A client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled and results-driven Recruiter to support its Talent Acquisition function. This individual will be responsible for executing a seamless, efficient, and high-impact recruitment process that delivers top-tier talent across the organization. The role includes managing full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates—while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Working closely with department leaders, the recruiter will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, fill roles with urgency and precision, and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring strategies.
The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting the client’s mission by hiring individuals who drive innovation, support learners, and help scale organizational impact. Required Skills & Experience
3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving in recruitment challenges.
Experience from an Agency background recruiting on hard to fill or niche skillsets
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
