Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to join our clients team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will lead large-scale, enterprise-level programs from initiation to completion. They will be responsible for evaluating business challenges, identifying and implementing solutions, and understanding the strategic reasoning behind each initiative. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the process management team to drive continuous improvement and deliver impactful results. Strong experience in process improvement is essential. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in MS Project and Jira for project tracking and will work cross-functionally to implement effective business solutions.

Local to St. Louis, MO. On-site role
Compensation: $40/hr to $50/hr
**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
