Job Description

An employer is looking for a Manager of IT strategy, governance, and communications for a contract to hire opportunity. Responsible for the technology communication strategy and Governance, as well as its ongoing development and management. Working in partnership with stakeholders to identify opportunities to provide organization related to delivery. You will play a crucial role of thought leadership required to create the necessary components to deliver programs and measurements required to improve operational efficiency and efficacy.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience working communication, strategy, and governance functions with a mix of business and technology teams to enable delivery and world class communication and alignment

- The ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.

Proven experience in providing data-driven insights using KPIs and metrics to enable sound decision making



Key Responsibilities

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:

- Engage with cross-functional teams in design, development, and implementation of technology program and communication standards

- Establishes KPI, SLA's and metrics to drive desired behaviors.

- Develop cross functional partnerships, with the view to produce technology communication strategy & execute within the guidelines of that strategy

Develop cross functional partnerships, with the view to deliver automated, scalable OKRs and KPIs as well as track them throughout
