Responsible for the technology communication strategy and Governance, as well as its ongoing development and management. - 5+ years of experience working communication, strategy, and governance functions with a mix of business and technology teams to enable delivery and world class communication and alignment
- The ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles.
Proven experience in providing data-driven insights using KPIs and metrics to enable sound decision making
Key Responsibilities
The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities are:
- Engage with cross-functional teams in design, development, and implementation of technology program and communication standards
- Establishes KPI, SLA's and metrics to drive desired behaviors.
- Develop cross functional partnerships, with the view to produce technology communication strategy & execute within the guidelines of that strategy
Develop cross functional partnerships, with the view to deliver automated, scalable OKRs and KPIs as well as track them throughout
