M365 Implementation Project Manager

A Government agency in St. Louis, MO is looking to add a Sr. IT Project Manager to their organization to oversee the implementation of M365 G5 to 4,300 users. This person will be working with 5 of the IT organization's leaders as well as the implementation specialists to ensure a smooth migration. They will work with the Microsoft vendors and talk to the teams to define the project profile, recommend a path and then prioritize those. They will be responsible for communicating progress to senior leadership as well as the Board, acting as their advocate. It is important that this person is able to communicate effectively with multiple groups as well as stay organized. This project is anticipated to last 2-3 years.

5+ years experience as an IT Project Manager

Ability to juggle working with multiple lines of business requests/requirements to take those requests through execution

Ability to communicate any major tool/feature builds or updates to Senior leadership and the Board

Desire to help promote M365 Technology and adoption amongst the business lines

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong technical acumen

Experience working on project focused on the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform

Experience leading a migration/implentation project
