Insight Global is looking to add a Product Designer to a team in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This individual will join the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include understanding business processes within the organization and product, and developing user personas and user journeys. You will conceptualize and develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy, collaborating with product owners to understand technical and business requirements. Supporting product teams with feature prioritization, you will produce high-level prototypes through wireframes and work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed effectively. Additionally, you will conduct UI/UX checks on the implementation to maintain design integrity and help streamline processes to eliminate redundancies. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in achieving these goals.

2-5 years as a frontend/web/product design experience
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.
Experience with SaaS application, or Software as a Service application
Experience with logistics or ERP platforms
