Insight Globals client is seeking a detail-oriented Painter to join their sign shop team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paints, coatings, and specialty finishes to signs, displays, and various materials. This role requires a strong eye for color, precision, and quality to ensure vibrant, durable finishes that meet customer specifications and industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sign surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Mix and apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, spray guns, or airbrush equipment.
Apply vinyl overlays, decals, and specialty finishes as part of the painting process.
Ensure precise color matching and finish quality per project specifications.
Maintain painting tools, spray booths, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with designers and fabricators to meet production deadlines and quality goals.
Inspect finished signs for defects and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed. Required
