Were looking for a proactive, self-starting Business Analyst to support automation initiatives across our organization. This role will play a key part in evaluating and improving business processes, with a strong focus on UIPath and workflow automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions using UIPath
-Create and maintain process documentation in Confluence and visualize workflows using Visio or similar tools
-Track progress and manage tasks in Jira
-Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery

*This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near St Louis, MO*
Pay Rate between $38-42/hr
**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
