Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Traveler Project Manager to join their team in Bentonville, AR. The Traveler Project Manager is a key contributor to their Construction Operations team, responsible for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitably. This individual applies strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills to support the successful execution of complex construction projects while working within structured project parameters. The ideal candidate brings experience in the mechanical construction space and has worked with a mechanical contractor or general contractor managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with the flexibility to adapt to unique project challenges across varying job sites.
On a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager oversees all aspects of project setup and execution, including project costing, labor hours, scheduling, and crew coordination. They ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, quality control plans, and all applicable local, state, and national building codes. This role also involves coordinating with subcontractors, aligning crews with customer schedules, and preparing, reviewing, and supporting project billings to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 Years of Experience solely managing large scall commercial construction projects
Experience as a Project Manager managing projects of at least $30 Million in value
Prior Experience and proficiency in managing finances, scheduling, timeline, and labor of projects
Currently located or willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience managing large scale commercial projects in the Healthcare industry
