Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support large-scale restoration and construction projects for a leading property management partnership (LHR Construction / Associa). This individual will play a critical role acting as the primary liaison between homeowners, construction teams, and project managers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely project execution.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role supporting active job sites and working directly with homeowners throughout the full project lifecycle.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between homeowners, Project Managers, and construction crews
Manage and communicate project updates, timelines, and status across all stakeholders
Own all project documentation (tracking, reporting, sign-offs, and updates)
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking
Maintain project schedules, contact lists, and communication logs
Handle homeowner communication (phone, email, in-person), including sensitive situations
Drive issue resolution and ensure a positive homeowner experience
Collaborate closely with PMs to stay aligned on construction schedules and project flow
Create and send community-wide updates and selection documentation (Word-heavy)
Track progress and ensure all milestones and final approvals are completed

Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5+ years of customer-facing experience in construction, property management, or field service environments
Proven ability to coordinate projects, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking/reporting, Word for documentation)
Experience supporting construction or restoration projects
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Comfortable collaborating with PMs, crews, and homeowners
Ability to take ownership of project updates, communication, and follow-through

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in HOA or homeowner-facing environments
Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and reporting
Inventory/material tracking experience with project close-outs
OSHA or general safety knowledge
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
Background in restoration, remodeling, or insurance-related projects
