10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience using Jira for project tracking needs and creating user stories
Technical background (preferably as a developer)
Experience supporting development teams
Have obtained 2+ of the following certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, II, III), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM)
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with higher level leadership

Required Skills & Experience
Insight Global is looking to add a Scrum Master to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be responsible for supporting our client’s payment system team. Daily, this person will be responsible for supporting a few scrum teams, keeping them on target for their project initiatives along with running daily scrum meetings. This person will be responsible for working cross functionally with other teams. It is required to work heavily within Jira for this role and be familiar with various agile and SAFe methodologies. This individual must be solution oriented and have the aptitude to solve project issues proactively. This role is 4 days on site and 1 remote.
