Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join a telecommunications clients team based in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This team is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to support two key programs: the “Customer Commitment for Life Unlimited” campaign and the “Account Hierarchy Working” initiative. This position involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong skills in communication, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans and driving milestones.
Communication: Establishing effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
Direction: Providing day-to-day direction to project resources.
Change Management: Ensuring effective change management throughout the project.
Documentation: Preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically focused on software development
Experience with project budgets, planning, and documentation
Strong technical aptitude
MS Project / Jira experience
Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a complex and fast moving environment
Ability to work 4 days a week on site in Maryland Heights, Missouri
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP Certification / PMI Training Course
Previous telecom experience
