An employer is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will join our client's Business Planning team and will assist with managing and tracking budgets. Initially, they will assist with getting financial data into a new database and ensuring that it matches with the current forecasted budget. It will be their job to cross reference both systems and ensure that the information it accurate. They will also look for discrepancies and work to find the correct information and ensure that it's entered correctly in the database. They will also assist with tracking and matching POs, reporting, and assisting with other budgeting tasks.

2+ years of Finance or Accounting experience (this can be in school or an internship)
Experience working with Excel
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy
Ability to cross reference data and identify discrepancies
