A client of Insight Global is seeking a Roadway Construction Inspector to join their team in Kansas City, MO. As an inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of roadway, bridge, and highway construction projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and meets all necessary regulations.
Responsibilities:
Conducting inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations
Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues found during inspections
Communicating with contractors and project managers to address any concerns or issues
Monitoring and tracking project progress and ensuring timely completion
Coordinating with other inspectors and project team members to ensure consistency and accuracy
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all inspections and reports
Providing recommendations for improvements or changes to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Staying up to date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance at all times
