Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire on a temporary Recruiter to assist our client's corporate recruiter with any and all recruiting functions. The person hired should be comfortable sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with multiple candidates weekly for banking specific positions. There are currently 50-60 open positions right now so the candidate who is hired should be able to manage a high volume of positions and candidates at a time. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Talking to 5-10 candidates per day.
Sourcing candidates.
Phone screening candidates.
Scheduling interviews.
Drafting offer letters.
Working alongside the corporate recruiter.
Handling other administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma at minimum
2+ years of professional experience recruiting and sourcing candidates
Ability to use different recruiting platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associate or bachelors degree
Experience recruiting within the banking industry
