Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to work for one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This is a hybrid position, following a 4 day in office policy. This person will be responsible for advising business partners on how to improve processes and gather a deep understanding of what they can build to help achieve a vision. This person will help guide the company's sales teams on how to uncover customer pain points and deliver back value. It is very important that this person have strong ideation skills and they are innovative. This role does require travel across the US approximately every 6 weeks. During the time of travel, this person will be meeting face-to-face with customers, understanding their needs, and coming back with a plan to execute upon that. This role resides within the business but will partner with the product owners to give them direction.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience facing with customers and understanding their vision
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Has successfully built, maintained, and executed road maps
• Understands how agile processes work
• Strong discovery, innovation, and ideation experience
• Technical skills: .NET background and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

• Has an interest in learning AI
