· Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine and improve design solutions.

· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and goals. Facilitate design discussions and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

· Brand Consistency: Ensure that design solutions align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all products.

· Problem-Solving: Identify and address design challenges, finding creative and practical solutions that enhance the user experience while meeting business objectives.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including user flows, style guides, and design specifications, to support the development and implementation process.
