A leading insurance client of Insight Global is seeking a Producer Sourcing Specialist to join the Producer Lifecycle team. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing elite producer talent (insurance brokers). This role will partner with the business stakeholders and functional producer recruiting teams across all regions to build effective sourcing tactics, sourcing projects, and strategies. Additionally, you will research, identify, and source candidates using innovative methods that include networking, deep internet sourcing, and data mining.
- Provide input to find functional talent, including labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, etc.
- Develop, communicate and execute sourcing strategies across all Lockton Series.
- Develops and leverages internal and external tools to effectively manage and plan for resources and staffing needs.

- 2+ years of experience sourcing candidates / recruiting (internally or agency)
Experience with recruiting tools: LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.
Experience creating and utilizing Boolean searches.
- Ability to understand industry trends
Example: Knowing when insurance agencies are being acquired, and where to target
- Being comfortable with calling targeted candidates to source
