Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an OT Security Engineer with a client out of the Kansas City, KS area. This person will be reporting to one of their Kansas City location's to work with their networking and OT operations group. In this role you will be responsible for travelling to plant sites across the United States to support OT projects, OT server design/migration, and OT network design/migration. You will be responsible for administering and upgrading SCADA and DCS applications including rockwell factorytalk suite and inductive automation ignition. You need to understand PLCs, windows based PCs and VMs and industrial network architectures and how to effectively apply these technologies to a manufacturing environment. This position is looking to start ASAP.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5 or more years SCADA and Distributed Control Systems Engineering or related experience
• SCADA and/or DCS administration and support
• Experience administering industrial control applications (FactoryTalk, Ignition, or similar)
• Experience troubleshooting PLC and HMI solutions (AllenBradely/FactoryTalk)
• Familiarity of industrial networks including network switches, routers, firewalls, and VLANs
• Solid skills in the specification, design, and configuration of virtualized server environments
Understanding of IT/OT security requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of IT Network protocols
