This Office Administrator will support corporate office in the Kansas City area. This person will perform administrative duties and reception duties, sitting at the front-desk of the office suite. This is a temporary 6-month contract with the potential to become a long-term/permanent position after the new year after 2026 budget and headcount is assessed. Duties include:
Supplies and inventory management as well as vendor relations
Facilities support for repairs and maintenance
AP processes (invoices, expenses)
Preparing the office, catering, conference rooms etc. for visits from Executives
Fleet management for company vehicles
Coordinate with security and IT for key card access for any new hires
Greet any visitors including stakeholders and global executives as the first face they see coming into the office suite
Ensure proper security access to visitors
Recieve and handle any deliveries
Any other ad hoc administrative support duties that arise
Pay will vary based upon individuals' relevant experience and background across a range of $55,000-$65,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, commuter benefits, and mental health counseling.

3-5+ years of experience working as an office administrator, administrative assistant, operations assistant, or office manager
Must have experience as an administrator for a large corporate office environment, rather than a small office
Experience interfacing with all corporate levels of employees, rather than supporting one department
Experience supporting an office as an entity, rather than an individual or small group in a strictly executive admin role for example supporting facilities maintenance, supplies/inventory,
Experience with AP processes (invoices, expenses)
Experience with Microsoft Teams, 365, and Excel
Oracle Horizon experience
