Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Major Incident Manager to join their growing organization. This person will be helping to create a major incident management environment including creating policies and procedures as well as handling all major incidents as the first line of defense. This candidate will be handling all P1 incidents, bridge calls, etc. to understand root cause of incidents, perform post incident reviews, document executive summaries, etc. This person will need to be someone who enjoys this type of role and not afraid to charge headfirst when incident arise. The ideal candidate will come from a background of supporting enterprise and small to medium sized companies and be adaptable where needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in the fintech space or banking space

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience within the ITSM specifically in a major incident or incident management role

* Hands on experience creating support bridges, classifying incidents, creating executive summaries, etc.

* Go-getter attitude who is not afraid to be the first line of defense

* Experience with Atlassian Suite or similar ITSM product (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, etc.)

* ITIL V4 foundation certification
