Insight Global is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager in the Kansas City, MO area. This role will oversee a variety of enterprise-scale projects, manage managers of technical teams, and act as a strategic liaison between business and technology. The candidate will work closely with clients and delivery analysts to scope and execute solutions in AI, data, and applications. Responsibilities include architecture planning, agile execution, and process improvement. The role is highly technical, people-oriented, and client-facing, with growth opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years in technology delivery, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong experience in Python, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), modern development frameworks, and system architecture
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong understanding of database applications and front-end/back-end development
• Proven ability to manage managers and offshore teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with .NET, Java, and Python
• Broad technical background across front-end, back-end, and databases
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
