Job Description

Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, handling communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a background supporting leaders in fast-paced environments. Experience within the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership and executive team members.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling conflicts.
Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow up on key initiatives.
Coordinate special projects, company events, and leadership meetings.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Assist with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
Support office operations and administrative functions as needed.

Compensation for this role starts at $35/hr and can increase based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or C-suite stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Strong calendar management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in commercial or residential real estate.
Experience coordinating executive travel and event logistics.
Familiarity with project management and document management systems.
Experience supporting multiple executives in a high-growth environment.
