Customer Support Specialist - Kansas City, MO
A real estate insurance client of ours is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team for a one month contract. This role is 5 days a week on site from 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday. This person will be in charge mainly of administrative services by supporting the sales team. We are looking to move quickly on this role and the expected start date is set for June 1st.
Essential Functions:
Communicate directly with Agent Support, Business Development, Agent Development and retail
agents in a professional, yet friendly manner.
Support retail agents as they set up new accounts and add/delete properties to existing accounts
Communicate with retail agents regarding policy or property corrections/adjustments that may be
needed
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Promptly answer calls and respond to emails
Regular and predictable attendance
Compensation for this role is $20/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
High School diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Data entry or strong customer service skills via email
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
General knowledge of accounting preferred
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to move from project to project easily
Above average skills in email and phone etiquette
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Real estate or insurance background
