Job Description

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Confidential Search
Overview
We are conducting a confidential executive search for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and evolve the technology vision for a growing organization. This individual will play a critical role in shaping long-term technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and overall business objectives.
The CTO will foster a highly collaborative, forward-thinking environment while providing strong people leadership across multiple technology functions. Due to the confidential nature of this search, additional details about the organization and role will be shared once candidates express interest.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Technology Vision & Strategy
Develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, operational needs, and evolving market trends.
• People Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and empower diverse technology teams, promoting accountability, strong performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure technology initiatives support strategic priorities. Drive change management and technology adoption through clear, effective communication.
• Scalability & Operational Excellence
Establish processes, systems, and governance frameworks that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and cost-effective delivery.
• Innovation & Emerging Technologies
Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies that enhance efficiency, unlock new value, and support long-term competitiveness.
• Risk, Security & Compliance
Ensure strong technology governance, cybersecurity practices, and compliance with applicable regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Engineering & Technology Oversight
Provide leadership across architecture, software development, infrastructure, vendor relationships, and overall technology delivery.
As with any executive leadership role, additional responsibilities may arise to support the success and growth of the organization.

Compensation/OTE for this role starts at $200,000 and goes up from there substantially based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles with broad responsibility for enterprise technology strategy and execution
• Deep technical understanding across systems, platforms, and modern enterprise technologies
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence through collaboration rather than authority alone
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies
15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, ideally within high-growth or complex organizations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in industries such as real estate, financial services, insurance, or large-scale SaaS environments is preferred but not required.
