A client of Insight Global is looking for a Change Manager to join their growing organization. This person will be handling the bulk of all change management for the organization including responsible for building out policies and processes for change management. This person will be leading change advisory boards and managing all change requests as they come in. This candidate needs to be comfortable saying no to people when they submit change requests for a multitude of reasons from not having completed risk assessments, to unnecessary changes, etc. The client is open to someone who comes from an OCM background but prefers someone to come from a change management background specifically in the ITSM space.

* Experience in the fintech space or banking space
* 5+ years of experience within the ITSM and specifically the change management space
* Hands on experience with leading change advisory boards, reviewing change risk assessments, and being comfortable saying no to change requests
* Experience with Atlassian Suite or similar ITSM product (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, etc.)
* ITIL V4 foundation certification
