Insight Global is searching for a Product Manager, They'll act as the CEO of the product, managing both hardware and software aspects, including firmware. With a multimillion-dollar product that sells to railroads and ensures locomotives are safely operating. They’ll handle profit & loss, pitching to both customers and executives, and ensuring the next-generation control system is market-ready, while the current PM handles the legacy product.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering
Demonstrated experience in Product Management role(s) of industrial technology (preferred) and/or consumer technology products & services.
Experience leading capital-intensive projects and 5+ years of experience with product management with hardware, software, and firmware.
8+ years of professional experience, at least 5 years as a product manager.
Experience managing the entire profit & loss segment, business plan strategy and forecasting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Broad knowledge of the Railroad Industry
Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing quality processes
MBA
High-energy and Interest to remain current on latest general technology innovations to determine the practical application of technology to industry
