Job Description
A Client of Insight Global is seeking a Systems Verification Engineer to join their Aerospace training systems team. This will candidate will be responsible for writing and executing test procedures to validate system functionality and compliance with requirements. This role involves hands-on testing with devices, including cockpit displays and reactions, as well as running requirements checks to ensure accuracy and performance. The engineer will assist in applying common test standards and techniques while supporting all phases of trainer development, from requirements confirmation to drafting acceptance test procedures and reports.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting discrepancies and anomalies, participating in various testing events and technical meetings, and operating in a fast-paced environment. This engineer will also assist with day-to-day operations such as running the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) and performing basic cockpit procedures during verification activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality training systems. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance pre-start is required for this role.

Required Skills & Experience
Undergraduate degree in engineering or technical field
Must have 3 - 10+ years experience within an aerospace, aircraft or ground vehicle engineering field
Experience utilizing planning tools such as Version One or JIRA
Experience with Training Systems and/or Boeing military aircraft platforms
Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance pre-start is required for this role
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical understanding and experience with testing methodologies
