Job Description

e are looking for a seasoned Technical QA Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. This role blends hands-on testing expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on both manual and automation testing within Agile environments.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in QA leadership roles.
Strong hands-on experience with manual testing and test case design.
Proven expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
Proficiency in automation testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
Experience with defect tracking and root cause analysis.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with COPADO
Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience mentoring QA engineers or leading cross-functional QA teams.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Exposure to performance testing and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
