Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead DevOps practices and manage their Copado implementation. This role also serves as a Senior Salesforce System Administrator, responsible for overseeing release management, maintaining DevOps best practices, and mentoring team members.

DevOps & Release Management
Lead end-to-end release management using Copado
Configure and maintain Copado pipelines, quality gates, and automation
Enforce DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD, deployment)
Manage sandbox refreshes and environment syncs
Document deployment processes
Coordinate releases with the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Salesforce Administration
Provide senior-level Salesforce platform support
Manage security settings, profiles, and permission sets
Configure and maintain Salesforce features and customizations
Monitor system performance and ensure data quality
Leadership & Mentoring
Mentor team members on DevOps and Salesforce standards
Lead Copado training sessions
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
Establish and enforce coding standards
