Job Description

• Discovery & scoping (heavy in first 30–45 days): run stakeholder interviews (CTG, value-based care leaders, new medical directors, market ops), distill user journeys (discharge → follow-up), define problem statements and POC success criteria.
• Roadmapping & backlog: translate strategy into a quarter plan; write PRDs & acceptance criteria; maintain a single, transparent backlog; set release increments.
• Data alignment: with Jose/architecture/DDG/ABC, lock data sources, identity resolution and segment definitions; define data quality checks needed for the POC.
• Nudge design: define cohorts, channels (SMS/email/IVR), frequency, guardrails, and experiments; partner with clinical owners on content/eligibility/exclusions.
• Delivery management: drive daily standups, unblock engineers, approve stories, manage scope; coordinate tech-debt workstream that prepares the nudge stack.
• Measurement: define dashboards; track engagement/conversion and operational metrics; propose iteration plans from results.
• Stakeholder comms: weekly exec updates; risk/decision logs; escalate trade-offs early; align on “scale-ready” definition.
• Governance: ensure consent/opt-out flows, clinical review/approvals, and market rollout criteria are baked into plans.

Required Skills & Experience

• Domain: Healthcare provider experience with value-based care concepts; fluent in readmissions use cases (transitions of care, care management handoffs, ED avoidance, high-risk cohorts).
• Product chops: End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from 0→1 discovery through scale (problem framing, prioritization, PRD writing, roadmap, cutlines, success metrics).
• Prioritization muscle: Proven ability to say no well—triage competing asks, define scope/MVPs, manage backlog ruthlessly, and protect timelines.
• Data + outcomes mindset: Comfortable defining leading/lagging metrics for nudges and clinical outcomes (e.g., 7/30-day readmissions, enrollment, engagement, conversion, opt-out).
• Salesforce familiarity: Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud journeys and Data Cloud concepts (data model, segments, identities). Not an architect, but can partner tightly with one.
• Cross-functional leadership: Has led pods/squads with engineers, QA, data, and clinicians; excellent stakeholder management across clinical and technical audiences.
• Artifacts: Strong writer—clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, experiment briefs, RACI, dashboards/specs.
• Compliance awareness: Builds with PHI/privacy in mind; understands consent, opt-out, HIPAA guardrails for outreach.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Direct work with readmissions programs or Medicare Stars measures.
• Hands-on experience with nudge/behavioral interventions (message design, cadence, channel mix) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with Innovaccer (or similar data platforms), Snowflake, HL7/FHIR basics, care management systems.
• Analytics tools (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI), basic SQL for self-serve queries.
• Experience standing up POC → scale playbooks in large provider systems.
• Prior work integrating with care management / nursing workflows (e.g., TOC, RPM, escalation paths).
