Job Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent execution
• Partner closely with the Product Manager and Software Engineering Manager
• Identify and help resolve delivery, dependency, and quality issues
• Support teams in balancing quality remediation with new feature delivery
• Maintain transparency through Jira, metrics, and reporting
• Enable continuous improvement and team effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams
• Experience working in large, enterprise environments with cross-team dependencies
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks and Agile SDLC
• Proven experience facilitating all Agile ceremonies
• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to understand both business and technical needs (without being the technical owner)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Salesforce platforms
• Experience supporting compliance-focused or quality-heavy products
