Job Description

We are looking to add two Salesforce Admins, with one ideally having hybrid Admin/Developer capabilities to accelerate early deliverables and support light customization under the guidance of a lead technical architect.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Translate loosely defined use cases into Salesforce configuration and workflows
Configure objects, page layouts, fields, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
Build simple flows for task automation (e.g. activity tracking, alerts)
Support Gmail for Salesforce integration and mobile app usability
Work closely with technical lead (Suresh) and product/story lead (Lance)
Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term PRM and data integration plans
Light collaboration with business stakeholders as needed

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years Salesforce Admin experience (core platform)
Strong hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets
Comfort working in an agile, MVP-style delivery environment
Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating in a distributed team
Understanding of Salesforce Mobile App capabilities/configuration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce Developer certification or hands-on experience with Apex/Lightning Web Components (LWC) note: heavy dev work is not expected initially
Experience working with Salesforce in healthcare or provider settings
Familiarity with Health Cloud data models (helpful for future phases
Data Cloud experience
