Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert: Must have a technical background to lead a team effectively.
Software Delivery: Lead Lean-Agile software engineering to deliver OKRs, align with Product, Design, and Research teams, determine necessary resources, and drive improvements.
Leadership/Ownership: Drive strategic product vision, integrate into roadmaps, inspire engineers, and display ownership mindset.
Team/People Development: Manage vendor relationships, drive innovation and accountability, mentor leaders, and promote training sessions.
Operations: Ensure compliance with processes and standards, provide status updates, and manage budgets.
Recruiting: Promote this client externally, guide content creation, determine headcount, and implement hiring strategy to attract top talent.
Set the Course: Expert in relevant technologies, track product roadmaps, ensure best practices, and provide subject matter expertise.
