Job Description

Lead technical design and delivery of Collibra data marketplace
Interface with Ascension’s Collibra leads
Architect scalable platform across 40–50 data domains
Design workflows, integrate APIs, optimize performance
Guide team of developers, analysts, and admins
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards
Document architecture and present to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Collibra Certification: Architect or Developer
5+ years of Collibra experience, including 2+ enterprise-scale deployments (1,000+ users)
Expertise in Collibra Platform: Operating Model & Metamodel Architecture, Workflow Designer (BPMN), REST API integration, Collibra Edge & metadata harvesting, Performance tuning
Workflow & Integration Development: BPMN 2.0, JavaScript, Groovy, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, Event-driven architecture
Enterprise Data Governance: Data quality, lineage, stewardship, Metadata management & access control
Cloud & Healthcare Experience: GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), HIPAA, PHI/PII
Leadership & Communication: Lead teams, facilitate design sessions, create documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

GCP-specific Collibra implementation
Google DLP API experience
Terraform / IaC familiarity
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Change management & user adoption strategies
Data mesh / data fabric knowledge
Google Cloud Data Engineer certification
Automated workflow testing experience
