Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong Business Analyst background to lead automation and process improvement initiatives. This individual will manage a small team of analysts and contractors, partner with clients to deliver on key initiatives, and ensure requirements are clearly defined for development teams. The role requires a balance of leadership, client-facing communication, and hands-on BA expertise.
• Manage 3–4 direct/indirect reports (mix of FTEs and contractors).
• Act as lead Business Analyst, guiding requirements gathering, process documentation, and design deliverables.
• Partner with business stakeholders to conduct discovery and translate needs into requirements for development teams.
• Support automation initiatives (RPA/UIPath/Blue Prism), ensuring analysts capture and communicate requirements effectively.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing updates, presentations, and program reporting.
• Oversee execution of projects, monitor risks/issues, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong Business Analyst background with experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and working closely with developers.
• Knowledge of automation tools (preferably UIPath or Blue Prism; others acceptable if adaptable).
• Experience leading or mentoring Business Analysts; formal management experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable in client-facing settings, able to present updates and represent the team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in RPA/automation projects within healthcare or large enterprises.
• Prior people management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models.
