We are seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering to lead the design and development of a large-scale residential community in Missouri. This role will focus on stormwater management, roadway and street profile design, and site grading, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations while delivering high-quality, sustainable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the civil design of residential subdivisions, including stormwater systems, roadway alignments, street profiles, grading, and utility layouts.
Prepare and review construction documents, drainage reports, and erosion control plans.
Ensure compliance with State and Local Codes.
Coordinate with surveyors, planners, architects, and utility providers.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues.

Active Missouri PE license.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D
Strong understanding of stormwater regulations, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and roadway design standards, etc.
