Our client in Chillicothe, MO is seeking an experienced Master Technician / Shop Foreman to serve as the technical leader of the shop while remaining hands-on in diagnostics and repair. This is a working foreman role ideal for a senior-level technician who excels at complex diagnostics and is ready to lead, mentor, and elevate a team.
You’ll be the go-to expert for advanced electrical and drivability issues, the final checkpoint on quality, and a key leader ensuring the shop runs efficiently without bottlenecks.
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with optional extended hours
• Consistent, steady workflow — shop has not slowed down in 18+ years
• Clean, organized, well-equipped facility
• Strong parts and service support infrastructure
• Leadership team with deep industry experience and respect for technicians

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of dealership technician experience
• CDJR / Stellantis experience required
• Chrysler Level 3 Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Stellantis SID certification or equivalent OEM credentials
• Prior experience in a lead tech, foreman, or mentoring capacity
• Background working in high-volume service environments
