Job Description

The Project Coordinator assists the assigned Project Manager to drive internal and external teams to deliver SaaS based products and cloud services to the market. This position will complete various tasks that aid the Project Manager in creating and executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks and managing the deployment life cycle from inception to production launch. Some examples of these tasks include gathering data, assisting in scheduling, data entry and reporting, etc. This individual will utilize Smartsheets for projects which triggers events and helps guide completions of certain tasks. They will also be provided 1-on-1 training on SIP installs and trunking which includes working with phone vendors, gathering data and signatures, and coordinating the moving of lines from one carrier to another. This position is a great steppingstone to move into a Project Management role and provides quick opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
Work independently on assigned projects while fostering a strong working relationship with the Telecommunications/Service Delivery/Support Teams
Ensure best practices are properly defined and met in order to maintain technological and project management synergies across the company
Develop,maintain,and distribute standardprojectmanagement deliverablesforthe successful launch ofnew productsand services, including: implementationplan,project schedule, projectbudgetandvariances
Keep the PM team informed of relevant project issues or concerns
Demonstrate an understanding and willingness to learn project management phases, techniques and tools including initiation, preparation, execution and control
Help to identify system or process deficiencies, and report them to the PM team and/or manager
Aid in maintaining all appropriate documentations for project planning and execution
Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution as assigned
Assist in special projects or needs as they may arise

Required Skills & Experience

1-2+ years of Project Coordinator/Management experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
SIP knowledge/experience or hospitality industry background
