An employer is looking to add a Network Engineer to their team in the Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO. This person will join our clients Network Operations Center and be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the clients internal networks, hardware, and firewalls. They will provide troubleshooting support and respond to major incidents and outages as needed. It will be their job to work remotely with other internal teams to resolve issues within a timely manner. They will be responsible for triaging, first line troubleshooting, and escalations.
