Insight Global is looking to add a Business Analyst to our client's team in the Chesterfield, MO area. This individual will be responsible for providing system and operational support for a massive migration from our clients system, COMPASS to a new system known as CLASS. This person will be working closely with the business operational departments and third parties such as American Education Services (AES), and Federal Student Aid (FSA) to resolve issues, improve processes, and analyze needs. This person will act as the liaison between the business and SAS programming team ensuring that all needs are met though gathering requirements, Gap analysis and reading SQL queries. Additional responsibilities include, investigating system processes to fully understand functions by reading available system and operational documentation, performing test cases in the test regions and researching related regulations. This position sits hybrid and requires 2/3 days onsite.
