Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Software Configuration Management Specialist To support one of our DoD clients int he St. Charles, MO area. This positions is required onsite 5 days per week. This individual is to perform configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, and verification, and facilitate program baseline management. They will be a member of the build team and will support the Change Configuration Board (CCB). This role reviews all software releases for accuracy, documents CCB meetings by capturing minutes, tracks and follows up on action items, and coordinates final release activities.

Compensation:
$60/hr to $64/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management practices
- Experience with version control systems and build/release tooling (e.g., Git, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Masters Degree
- Active Secret Clearance
