Insight Global is looking for a Business Project Analyst to join their healthcare client's team. This role will help establish a Program Management Office (PMO) and manage externally funded initiatives. The position is a 50/50 blend of analytics and project management, focused on building a formal intake process, managing requests in Wrike, and ensuring projects move from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include evaluating new ideas, running data reports, and maintaining internal dashboards. Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset are essential for turning data into actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of relevant experience, specifically cross-functional project-based experience
Experience with Wrike, or a similar PM tool like Jira
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Proficient data analysis and reporting skills; basic financial analysis skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and/or PBM processes preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
