Field Service Technician

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician (Helper/Apprentice) for a short‑term contract engagement. This role will work alongside a Lead Technician assisting with on‑site hydraulic equipment repairs at industrial job sites.

Responsibilities include loading tools and parts, traveling to job sites, assisting with basic diagnostics and hose or component replacement, and cleaning and testing equipment post‑repair. This is a helper/apprentice role only and does not involve independent machinery operation.

This is a one‑week contract (June 8–12) with 40 hours guaranteed, and potential overtime. Strong performers may be considered for contract‑to‑hire or future work as business ramps up.

Location: Olive Branch, MS (7097 Commerce Dr)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation depends on experience ranging between $14-$17 hour depending on experience.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime and be on‑call as needed
• Comfort working outdoors at industrial job sites
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
• Ability to follow direction and support a lead technician
• 1+ year of mechanical, labor, construction, or hands‑on experience preferred

• OSHA certification
• Forklift certification
• Prior industrial, field service, or construction experience
